Cheap Ramen Games is an independent game studio located in Brooklyn, New York. Our goal is to build games that at once make players scream in frustration and leave them with a sense of wonder and curiosity for more.
Cheap Ramen Games, originally Tarraske Digital, was started by John Corn and a revolving cast of friends and collaborators.
Previously John has worked with Always and Forever Computer Entertainment.
He then worked with Studio Stuidos, where he was the lead developer on The Take, which won Best XR game at The Bit Awards and was featured in the Indie Mega Booth at PAX East 2018.
Most recently he worked with NormalVR on Half+ Half.
After the completion of Half + Half John left to start Tarraske Digital creating games to bring people together.
Vinit was a self proclaimed rising super star in the finance and data engineering world,
but decided to leave all that behind the pursuit of something more fulfilling: video games.
Vinit met John as a student of Playcrafting's Unity course. The connected on their bowel movement schedule and shared love for tofu and all things ramen.
The rest was history.
